Every child is different, but many families notice improvements within just a few nights to a week of implementing the plan. Consistency and following the strategies are key to success!

No! All of my strategies are gentle, as I focus on creating routines, sleep skills, and habits that respect your child’s needs while supporting your family’s goals.

Packages vary: coaching plans typically include 2 weeks of text/email support plus follow-up calls, while overnight packages usually span 2-5 nights of hands-on guidance.
I also offer optional follow-up support to ensure continued progress.
